I'm a website designer willing to barter my services in exchange for an experienced painter (labour only).
I have painted various rooms in my house already but have not finished the entire house and with young children and working various jobs, I now do not have the time to complete the rest of the house.
Here is a list of the remaining work still to be done:
1) Lounge (tall angled ceiling) - walls, ceilings
2) Kitchen/dinning room - walls, ceilings
3) 2nd Lounge - ceiling only
4) Stairs (only 1 side as other is brick) - wall only
5) Foyer (very small area) - walls, ceiling
6) Rumpus room - ceiling and on small walls area
7) Hallway - walls, ceiling
8) Laundry (small) - walls, ceiling
9) 2 x linen cupboards - walls, ceiling
10) 2 x built in wardrobes - only small amount of work here as most has been done
I can provide the paint, dropsheets, rollers, brushes, ladder etc. What I don't have is the small scaffolding required for over the stairs to reach the ceiling in a small area.
Regarding the exchanged website. I would produce an unlimited number page website valued at $3150, using Joomla CMS that you can then update pages yourself, this website would be interactive with contact forms, testimonials, showcase gallery(s), etc. This site would be branded to your liking, I could research and write your content if desired (with your overall approval). I would secure your Domain Name valued at $50 (owned by you) for 2 years, your hosting services valued at $120 for 2 years. The renewals following that would covered at your cost. I would complete SEO on your website, submit your website to Google, Bing and Yahoo. I would provide quarterly reporting on your website traffic, etc.
