Come and join a fun loving group of women and learn to make your very own reborn baby.
You will be taught by an artist and doll maker of over 30 years who has over 20 years teaching experience. She was also a judge throughout Australia at many doll shows so know exactly what makes a perfect doll. As an added bonus she has the patience of a saint and fantastic teaching techniques!
You will learn and have hands on experience in every aspect in producing your baby. With a guarantee of an adorable baby you will love at the end of the 6-7 weeks you can't go wrong.
Classes are held weekdays from 10 until 1 and a couple of nights a week from 6 until 9 in a home studio at Buff Point.
Each class is $25 per week which is expected to be paid at the beginning of each class. If you can't make it to your usual class it is appreciated if you can do a make up class on a different day.
There are different kits available with everything you need to make your doll and start from $130 and upwards depending on the kit. There are also monkey kits available if you prefer.
The kit price can be paid off over the 6 weeks it takes to paint your doll at your own pace. Should your kit not be paid for by the end of the course it will remain at and the property of the studio until all outstanding money is paid.
Many women who come end up staying on to do more dolls and enjoy the social aspect it brings. It's been described as very therapeutic and thoroughly enjoyable by many past and current students.
We also hold children's classes from time to time if you have any kids aged 10 and up who may like to give it a try. We have 2 teachers to a class of 6 kids at a time to ensure that each child gets the help they need.
