TMS are opening a self defense class on Thursday nights at Kanwal Scout Hall.Corner pearce and Hopetown RD Kanwal
TMS is based on the Filipino Martial Arts of Modern Arnis. Modern Arnis comprises elements of stick, knife and empty hand self defense.TMS is perfect for any person male or female who wishes to learn reality based self defense regardless of your fitness level, age or previous self defense experience. As TMS is not fitness orientated it is specifically designed to give the ‘every day’ person the skills and knowledge to defend ones self.
Classes are held on Thursday nights from 7pm until 8:30 p.m.We also have a Saturday morning class which starts at 9:00 am until 10:30 am.Your first lesson is FREE. If you would like to continue, the price is $10 per class.
No uniforms are required as we train in street clothes. All training equipment is provided.
